Send us a story (500-700 words) about a journey you’ve taken, a goal you’ve reached, or what you’re doing to SEEK the GOOD. The WINNER will have her story featured in the “Women Like You” section on tofw.com, have two reserved seats on the front row at the TOFW event (tickets not included), and enjoy a lunch backstage with the presenters! WEEKLY FOCUS

CONGRATULATIONS on having over 700 women registered during pre-registration!

We have found a GREAT amount of women to join us, Let's find MORE!!!

WE STILL HAVE SEATS LEFT, Let's FILL 200 MORE TOFW  seats to reach the attendance we had last time we were in your area!

Please keep thinking about the women you know who have not registered and let's see how we can get them to join us.  The feedback in recent weeks is that people needed to wait to register until they knew fall schedules better.  So, as those schedules fall into place REMIND THEM to REGISTER.  ;) 

REGISTRATION REMINDERS
1. SCHOLARSHIP  has reopened and submissions are being accepted again thru Monday, September 10th for those in need or until new limits are reached.
2. REGISTRATION Prices Online are CHEAPER than "At the Door" so be sure to tell them not to wait! (registration online only available thru Wed. September 5th).

This is the THE WEEK!!!!  It's your chance to see all your hard work come to fruition!

We saw some GREAT progress in registration in the last week, and we're close to our goal. If 700 more people register before Thursday night, we'll hit our goal!!!  Won't that be awesome?  And if anyone can make it happen, it's Team Springfield! In all you're doing this week, please help women gather groups and register!

Pre-reg & group prices will be open until midnight September 20th!

~Have you followed up with everyone you emailed?

~Have you posted a reminder about pre-registration ending on your Facebook page?

~Have you CALLED women about joining a group? Sometimes a call is all it takes!

~Have you scheduled a REGISTRATION PaRTy to help bring groups together to register? If so, don't wait until the last minute, do it SOON!

Comments: Thank you for sharing how you are gathering groups!  And thanks for reporting if you know groups are still gathering.  It looks like we have more work to do following up on groups and SHOUTING FROM THE ROOFTOPS.  ;)

WEEKLY FOCUS

As of today we have 352 women registered,  32 women on scholarship.  Add 50 mighty team members and that fills just over 400 seats at our event! We still have women to find and remind to reach our registration goals of 1150!  
We can DO IT!

So, let's share the GOOD and ask ourselves...

WHO NEEDS TO BE UPLIFTED?
WHO NEEDS A TIME OUT?
WHO NEEDS TO "SEEK some GOOD in her life?"

WHO can YOU INVITE TODAY to join you for the SEEK THE GOOD 10th Anniversary TOFW Tour?

Hopefully this little series of questions has brought at lease ONE woman to mind that you know could use a TIME OUT. So go on. Invite her. Offer her a scholarship. She will thank  you, I promise. And YOU with thank YOURSELF for doing some good. INVITE THE ONE! We can't wait to meet her!

15 Days left for Pre-Registration!

WEEKLY BUSINESS

Registration: We are at 22% of our registration goal for TOFW but we should see it fly in the next few weeks as you get those groups that you've been gathering registered!  Your excitement about TOFW in Springfield is contagious and everyone is going to catch on!  Keep going!  
Checking in: Captains will be checking in with you to get a report on how you feel the word is spreading in your area.  Be expecting a phone call from your team captain in the next week and be prepared to give her a report.  If you really want to make her day, you can CALL HER!  Everything you report to them will be reported back to me, so please make an effort to give a good report so we at the TOFW office have a really good feel of the TOFW pulse in Springfield!

WEEKLY FOCUS

GATHER YOUR GROUPS!

Our group DISCOUNTED pricing is only available through SEPTEMBER 20th, so make sure EVERYONE knows that the best time to register is NOW! We would like each team member to try to find at least 4 women to take the lead in registering a group. That will be 16 women (at least) per team member, which means that together we will be able to find another 800 women and reach our GOAL!

Here are some ideas of how to gather a group:

1) Have a registration party!  Invite everyone over for some treats and then register together at the party so you can all get the group discount and gather money at once. But don't wait too long...in case of early sell out!  A "virtual" party works too.
2) Do a shout out on Facebook to see if anyone out there needs a group to register with.  If they respond, add them you YOUR group!
4) Ask everyone in YOUR group to invite 1 friend to join the group.  That would DOUBLE the size of the group!
3) Dress in a tiara and evening gown (modest of course) and stand on the corner with a "TOFW or Bust" sign.  

4) OK, so 3 wasn't very realistic, but use your creative mind and determined excitement for TOFW and get those groups to register before prices go up!

An e-mail from TOFW: A few posts ago I mentioned that we sent an email to all of our Deseret Book customers in the area reminding them that Time Out for Women pre-registration is in full swing!  Please share the email with everyone just in case they didn't get it from us.  And make sure they know the deadline is FAST APPROACHING!
